Primerite was established on 1st April 1996 by renting an office in Puchong Kinrara. Started with 5 only employees. Primerite was authorized as the sole distributor of Continuous Ink Jet (CIJ) by Videojet. |

Setup a Northern branch by renting an office in Bayan Lepas, Penang to cover the sales & services in Penang, Kedah & Perak. |

Setup a Southern branch by renting an office in Johor Bahru to cover the sales and services in Johor. |

The Asian financial crisis of 1997 severely hurts the Malaysian economy. The value of the Malaysian Ringgit plunges sharply. Primerite has suffered for the impact of economy crisis and facing the hard time, but we had overcame it successfully and growing bigger. |

Primerite also becomes the sole distributor of the Marsh Product (Large Character Printer) when Videojet acquired Marsh Company. |
| 1999 |

Primerite Head Quarter shift to the Bandar Puchong Jaya and possess own property. |

Introduction of Service Contract Program (Total Solutions) & 24 hours support |

Northern Office has shifted to a new office and possess own property. |

Primerite becomes a Total Solutions Provider. Primerite’s total solution involves managing, controlling, interpreting, creating, capturing, transferring, retrieving and reading of constant and variable information from the manufacturing point to delivery, consumption and feedback of products. |

| 2003 |

Primerite starts applying for ISO 9001:2000 in August 2003. The progress takes around 8 months to succeed as a certified ISO company. |

Primerite certified as an ISO 9001: 2000 STD in 18th February 2004. |
